We specialize primarily in Design/Build, Build to Suit, Industrial-Commercial construction, whether it is new construction or existing facility expansion and/or renovation.
Our typical projects include, Land Assembledge, Site Selection & Acquisition, Conceptual Site Plans through the Municipal Site Plan Approval process, to Building Construction.
The Curran Building Company also has Industrial Buildings, Commercial Buildings, and Retail Strip Shopping Centers, that are in the Conceptual & Design phase, or Municipal Approval phase, that soon will be available, For Sale and/or Lease in the Metro Detroit, Michigan area.
Our territory is South Eastern, Michigan, primarily the suburbs of Metro Detroit.
