Our typical Industrial buildings have office space in the front of the building and large open areas in the warehouse (or shop area) of the facility for machinery, pallet racking, or product development and storage, with Fire Suppression Systems throughout. At the rear of the building there are truckwells with dock levelers, or grade level overhead doors. Other buildings have extended foundations for overhead cranes.

Our Retail Strip Shopping Centers are typically Multi-Tenant buildings with various floor plans, plenty of store front glass, and demographly located near residential zoned property.

Other projects include Industrial & Commercial Properties in need of building expansion, renovation, and rehabbing properties to new use.
